For Landlords:

  1. Sign up
    • Create your secure online account
  2. Add Property Details
    • Enter the address, a description, some basic details and a few photos
  3. Create Tenancy
    • Create the Lease Agreement, and here you have two options: (1) New Lease Agreement with digital signatures for a new tenancy, or (2) a Digitised Lease Agreement for you to transfer details of your existing tenancy agreement into Kavaho, no signing required. Upon completing either one of these agreements, your tenants are notified automatically via SMS and email. 

For Tenants:

You can sign up only by invitation from your landlord. The email invitation is sent to you automatically when your landlord creates the lease agreement in Kavaho. It contains a unique link for you to sign up, during which you verify your details entered by your landlord in the lease agreement. Once in, you follow the prompts to view the tenancy agreement in Kavaho, in which you will see new rent payment information and the list of key tradies to contact in the event of an emergency. If you are starting a new tenancy, then you will be directed to read the lease agreement, clicking on links to view important information, and then signing it electronically.
